Meet the Owners of Hawthorne Restoration

Hello, we’re Sage and Claire Augare, owners of Hawthorne Restoration. After working in this industry for over 12 years, we decided to start our own business because we saw how important it is to do things the right way. In a previous job, we noticed that not all companies followed the proper IICRC standards, and that didn’t sit well with us. We knew people deserved better care when facing damage from water, fire, mold, asbestos, or even meth contamination—so we built a company that puts those standards first.

Our goal is simple: take care of our customers fairly and honestly. We’re willing to work with people, and we value good communication. We know restoration work can feel overwhelming, so we do everything we can to make the process easier. Being personable and approachable is important to us, and we want every customer to feel supported and respected.

The best part of our work is the connections we’ve made with people in our community. Whether in Missoula, Helena, or the surrounding areas, we’re grateful to be trusted in people’s homes and businesses.

Outside of work, family is at the center of our lives. We spend time together at kids’ sports and school events, and when we can, we enjoy boating. Giving back is also important to us—we support Missoula Aging Services and Tamarack Grief Services, which both provide meaningful help to local families.
